Our Quality Standards
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Since 2004, we have maintained Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification for the manufacture and import of medicinal products, successfully renewing it through regular regulatory inspections. In 2022, we also obtained Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certification as a distributor of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Since 2018, we have also held a Manufacturing Authorisation for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
We apply the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system to ensure effective food safety management throughout the manufacturing process. Through established procedures and systematic controls, we maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for the dietary supplements manufactured and packaged at our facility.
Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Our Quality Control laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art analytical instruments and supported by an advanced Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The system enables efficient management of laboratory data and quality testing, ensuring full data integrity, traceability, and reliable quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Execution System (GOLEM)
The GOLEM system enables the real-time collection and analysis of manufacturing process data. This allows us to effectively monitor production, improve process efficiency, and support continuous improvement.
